Fingers crossed I can hold out for 10 days and be a healthpro, although I'm doubting it already (damn you oat & raisin cookies), but I'll allow myself the odd treat if I know I can work it off again with some songs like this to keep me going!

Motivating Music!
I find it really hard to exercise without music, but as long as I've got a good playlist on I can power through to the end of a horrible routine or set of crunches! As I've been flailing a bit recently (well... the last 17 years), I decided before my birthday (10 DAYS!) I'd be really good and try and exercise/eat well so that I can have a huuuge birthday blow out without feeling too bad! So, I've had to update my iPod with some motivating music. Although I love Beyonce (which I normally use when running), always have, always will, I'm finding at the moment I need something faster, so have resorted to cheesy pop! The songs are pretty short, to keep you going, and catchy to keep you smiling :-) It's the kind of music I'd never normally listen to, but it's definitely keeping me motivated, and is also pretty hilarious! Here's 5 to get you started....
