Bikini Body Follow Up

So the plan for this post was to post a picture of me looking really happy & toned after my 2 hour bikini blitz class, but I am too unacceptable for innocent eyes at the moment... The first hour of Zumba was good, sweaty as ever, but a good laugh and work out. Then in the second half, we did 40 minutes of circuits including burpies, squats, skipping, and press ups as well as other horrible things that seem deceptively alright at first, and then becoming torturous. This was followed by 20 minutes of toning exercises, at which point me and my sister got the giggles as I realised I couldn't physically do one of them, my body was going into a spasm of rebellion! This probably made us work a lot harder (good ab strength!) but definietly cheered me up when I was verging on hitting our happy/non sweaty instructor yelling "Don't you just love the burn?!" - No, no I do not. Anyway, it's done, and glad as I am my body seems to be giving up on everything. Eating was tough, getting up the stairs a challenge, trying to spell properly in this post a nightmare, and now going back down for tea and sympathy is looking near on impossible... If I can move tomorrow, it'll be a miracle! If you've got the motivation, give it a go, but take loads of water, and be prepared for the sweat and the joyful "burn!"X
