Bargain Hunting.

In an attempt to save money, I've put myself on a spending ban (wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh). I have to say, it's actually going fairly well, and all the money is going towards my travelling plans for next year which is helping motivate me. However, on Saturday I had to admit defeat as my purse has been refusing to close for months and coins end up everywhere, it's a messy situation. So I parted with a whole £5 and got this little Primark baby. It's not the beautiful hard case Zara I've been lusting over, or even the cheaper New Look equivalent, but it's got masses of room for everything I need, and I can accept the fact it's a little tacky because I love studs & it's saved me a little bit - a few pounds go a long way! In the pursuit of bargain hunting, be prepared to compromise. It might not be what you;ve lusted over for months, but if you spend a bomb and end up getting ink on it/scratching/dropping it, what's the point? Check markets, cheap shops, and eBay to get some good deals!

However, I can happily add that my lovely mum decided I've been a good daughter & so bought me the Clarks Desert Boots I've been loving on for a while for my birthday! A treat once in a while is essential, otherwise you'll get sad & shop hungry. These are so warm and lovely, I feel like my feet are being hugged all the time (appropriate as they're called Desert Hugs.) :-)
